Price and availability

You can select the days below on the calendar, and a total price will be calculated automatically. We offer attractive discounts for longer stays:

• Long weekend (5% discount): For bookings from Friday to Monday.
• Midweek (10% discount): For stays from Monday to Friday.
• 7 days (12% discount): Book a full week and enjoy this discount.
• 14 days (15% discount): Perfect for a longer, relaxing vacation.

Payment is possible via bank transfer or Stripe (Mastercard or Visa only). If you choose bank transfer, you will receive an additional 1% discount on the total amount.

Booking Terms and Conditions

• Length of Stay:
  Bookings are available for a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of 21 nights.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Up to 14 days before the arrival date: cancellation is free of charge.
  • Up to 7 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
  • For cancellations within 24 hours before arrival or in the case of a ‘no-show’: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
• Payment Terms:
  • For bookings made more than one month in advance, we require a deposit of at least 20%.
  • 14 days before arrival, you will receive a reminder email to pay the remaining balance.
  • If you choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking via bank transfer, you will receive a 1% discount on the total amount.
• Security Deposit:
  The security deposit will be refunded immediately after your stay, following an inspection by our cleaning team.
• Smoking Policy:
  Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
• Parties:
  Hosting parties inside the house is not allowed.
• Energy Usage:
  Electricity and gas consumption are included in the price, provided usage stays within normal, seasonally adjusted limits.
  A digital consumption meter is available.
  Charging an electric vehicle is not included in the regular usage and will be billed separately at the current market rates.
